I've been running the new MS FS2020 on a 2080S at 4K/high which is fine at 30-40fps, but I've also been trying to record the gameplay and stream to a VR headset both using NVENC, and the performance is terrible, as in either the recording / stream will freeze altogether or update one frame every few seconds.

I've used NVENC extensively before and while typically the game performance is reduced a bit the encoding is always fine, but here it's somehow the opposite, game is fine but encoding totally unusable.

I've been trying to look around if there was a way to change the priority but didn't find anything, does anyone have an insight?
