Specs of the PC? If the CPU has integrated graphics try using that instead of the GPU and see if you get video out. You can try clearing the CMOS on the motherboard and see if that fixes the GPU problem, but if that doesn't work you're likely dealing with a dead GPU. Try testing the PC with a different GPU if possible.

If the GPU is dead, it's likely that something touched it or messed with it while you were moving the PC which shorted it out.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah, so no integrated graphics... First thing I'd do is try clearing the CMOS and see if that happens to fix anything. Aside from that, there's not much you can do besides trying a different graphics card. You can't exactly fiddle around with your settings if you don't have any video out...

Out of curiosity, is the PC even booting normally? Often when you have a dead GPU the PC will refuse to even turn on when the GPU is inserted.

Interesting. That doesn't mean the GPU isn't messed up, but it could be fine. First thing I'd do is try clearing CMOS. Your motherboard may have a CMOS clear jumper you can use, but if it doesn't, or you don't know where it is, you can just take out the CMOS battery for a few minutes (make sure to unplug your PSU before taking it out, and hold down the power button on your case for around 30 seconds while it's out to ensure you drain all the power from the system). If that doesn't work, maybe just check to ensure all your cables are properly connected everywhere? It's possible something came loose inside the PC while you were moving the it? Aside from checking those things there's not much else you can do besides swapping out parts and seeing what's causing the problem (the GPU is the most logical place to start).

No problem. Glad it worked! Who knows what messed it up in the first place, but clearing the CMOS is always a good place to start when you have a problem like that.
