Ryzen 4000 APU's

So.. I'm confused about the new 4000 Series APU's.. Currently they are only OEM but I keep hearing "right now" are they going to be available to individuals soon?

Curios because I'm playing on a building a couple Mini ITX pc's in the inwin b1 case so obviously an APU is required, and if I wait a month or two and i'm able to use A520 and a 4000 series APU instead i'd be interested in that

The APU's that have been released are and will only be OEM only to my knowledge. The one's that are expected to arrive are basically the ryzen 3 4200G, 5 4400G and maybe athlon for the consumer market.
