Strange noises while running Memtest

Move the wire thats preventing your case fan from spinning

sounds like air bubbled passing by your AIO pump

try standing the reservoir(radiator) up, see if the sound goes away

Find yourself a long phillips head screwdriver to use as a stethoscope.  Put the tip of the screwdriver  on the case surrounding a fan and then put the handle of the screwdriver against the side of your head, right behind the ear.  Using the screwdriver like this you can hopefully find the source of the noise.  Just make sure that where you put the tip is NOT MOVING and also that it is NON-CONDUCTIVE.   Car mechanics use this method all the time to find the source of noise when diagnosing problems under the hood of a vehicle.

Hope that I didn't offend anyone with my comment about needing fans.  I had just finished watching "Back 2 the Future" where the professor told Marti McFly that they didn't need any roads.  Once again, if I offended anyone, my apologies.
