HDD making noises

So my Seagate Barracuda has been making whooshing and almost kind of scratchy noises, which is somewhat concerning me. I’ve read that it’s definitely normal for them to make a little noise.... please help. For context of what im

doing, I am updating apex legends right now and it’s making some of these noises...

is it possible to share a sound/video clip with the sound?

sometimes hard disk operates with some clicking/scratching sound, but some clicking/scratching sound is bad

 

you can also check disk health using crystal disk info

One of the noises I’ve noticed is almost like a car drifting... but it happens for about 3 seconds and stops. Most of the sounds I hear stop after about 3 seconds,

Well none of the drivers or anything, but all of my games. All of the drivers and stuff is on my ssd,..

Another one of the sounds I’m hearing is a click click click noise, which I’m pretty sure is normal... but the other sounds aren’t happening like at all right now,

One question about this... what is read error rate? I see it’s blue so it’s good health status, but what is it?

It simply reads the S.M.A.R.T information provided by the drive itself.

Read error rate means the rate of errors the drive is getting while reading. As long as it is blue, the value the drive is reporting for this item is still good.

 

Try using Alt+Print-Screen to create screenshots or the Windows Snipping tool, this way you can get a screenshot of the whole window, including the values.
