How does Linus switch between the eye level and birds eye view camera’s?

He can switch scenes in OBS. These scenes have sources in them, sources like different cameras (cameras which are hooked up using a capture card) and using keyboard shortcuts you can easily switch between cameras.

It's also how he would switch the lower third (banner) on the WAN show, or how a game streamer would switch from their game, to full camera, to a "AFK for a moment" screen, etc.
