Does anyone know how the hell he did this?  I want to do this so damn bad!

He probably replaced every single LED. FYI: Origin PC sells their own modded BlackWidow Ultimate. It looks similar, but with the Origin logo instead of the Razer logo and Windows logo.

Might break and takes a lot of work and some skill with soldering
