Are you trying an upgrade install? Because that’s what it’s sounding like.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

heres the error

If you're trying to upgrade your Oprekin modified install of Windows 7 with the official Windows 10 iso, then that might be the cultprit. I have no idea what exactly Oprekin has modified but I suspect that it has removed components that the upgrade was expecting.

I would say so considering I have no idea what the Oprekin modifications have done to the standard Windows install. So backup everything you need from the HDD, format, then do the custom install option in the Windows 10 install media.

Its never a bad idea to reformat and install. Generally that's the preferable method.
