Help with Skyrim Mods

I want to install mods with nexus mod manager for Skyrim and I have a bunch of mods in there that I don't use that and are in the way. I was wondering if there is any way to delete mods so that they don't even show up in NMM.

Pretty sure you select the mod and then click the remove/delete button on the left bar. Or go to the Skyrim/Data Folder and manually delete the mod esm/esp files.
