Hello

My sister just bought a new pre-built computer it was a Asus ROG Strix GL10DH-PH552. i've tried everything i could to get it to stop doing what it is doing from replacing fans to even replacing the network card could anyone help? I was never there when it did it but according to her the Fans start to Rev up to 100% then the Wireless network drops it don't fully drop as in not being about to see the networks but when you try to connect to a network it can't it errors and says you can't connect i even tried to reset the network card when it shows this. i'm at a lost even Speedfan, Asus Armory crate and MSI Afterburner don't see the Temp on the CPU the GPU and even the Case fan can be seen but when it acts up there is nothing but Temps from Speedfan. I've Included pics (i hope) of SpeedFan before and after it happends

What Network card do you have in the machine?

For some reason Asus doesn't tell what they use in that model, they probably use whatever card they can get their hands on.

i Swapped them out thinking that was the issue but it was still doing it even after i traded out the network cards i've replaced the Network card, Ram and the Case Fan so far to see if any of those are the issue but nothing worked so far.

This is definitely necro-posting but I have not found any similar issues anywhere else and my friend is having this exact issue.

Has any of you tried reinstalling windows? Trying to determinate whether this is software and hardware problem.

PLEASE QUOTE OR TAG (WITH @) ME IF YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT ME TO REPLY!!!!!!!

Also if your issue is solved don't forget to mark the thread as solved!
Peace!!! from a random person in the tech's god forsaken land (named Finland or as I like to call it sarcastically FUNland)

I have a friend who bought this kind of mobo, after a few months the problem shows and tried to clean reinstall all software including windows still the problem persists, installed a lan card but still a no go. we came to conclusion that the mobo probably has a defect. Also after reading in ASUS community where people also report this kind of a problem we knew that it cant be resolved unless you trade it for another model.
