What is the idle voltage and full load (say Prime95) voltage?

Zen goes to a static voltage when in OC mode. I'd assume Zen2 is the same.

@cambion1

Please confirm this? It'd be helpful for me to know.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

given in charts ran prime, User bench, FurMark ROG Edition x64, PerformanceTest and CINEBENCH R15 64 Bit to get Max on Hardware info

It only shows peaks, not sustained values

Then it's either auto voltage or manual with no LLC.
