Is 1.352V-1.461V to high a CPU core voltage for a Ryzen 3700X at 4,300.1MHz OC is stable at stress/BenchMark
tests and is 41.1C Idle 74C Max Temps..

UserBenchmarks: Game 94%, Desk 92%, Work 97%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 91.1%
GPU: AMD RX Vega-64 - 99%
SSD:  CT1000MX500SSD4 1TB - 92.9%
SSD: Marvell Raid VD 2TB - 101.8%
SSD: HPT DISK 0_0 1TB - 58.3%
HDD: HPT DISK 0_2 21TB - 208%
HDD: HPT DISK 0_1 1TB - 176.4%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 (@3266MHz) C15 4x8GB - 94.1%

What is the idle voltage and full load (say Prime95) voltage?

Zen goes to a static voltage when in OC mode. I'd assume Zen2 is the same.

It only shows peaks, not sustained values

Then it's either auto voltage or manual with no LLC.
