Budget (including currency): good question (depends on what I'll be buying)

Country: Portugal

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly iRacing, sometimes COD

So guys I have a R5 1600 and a GTX 1060 3gb and recently upgraded and added 2 sticks of 4 gb, so now Im sitting at 16gb of RAM. My question is whats the smartest upgrade here? Getting a new ryzen or a new GPU. I dont see any CPU related issues tbh but I still have some compatibility issues that tilt me with overclocking but the 3gb of VRAM are bottlenecking me a lot. The upgrade wont be atm and I'll be waitting for the new releases of the 3000x series but just wondering on you guys opinion.

Cheers everyone, all the best ;)

Both would be good choices. Though if you play graphically intensive games, or games at high resolutions then the GPU would be the best choice. Personally I'd suggest upgrading the graphics with whatever AMD or NVIDIA will present this fall, then after the CPU with 4th gen ryzen.

After prices drop because of ZEN 3 you could upgrade both the CPU and the GPU if you wanted to, or a GPU upgrade would give a nice jump in FPS

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.
