Per key RGB Laptop under £2,000

I am looking to upgrade my laptop to one under £2000. Ideally I want per key RGB but other than the expensive (and apparently faulty) Rader Blade 15 I am unsure where to look. Coming from a slow 4th gen i5 a newer i7 (or i5 as long as it is significantly faster than the previous one) would be nice as well. What brands should I look at? Thanks in advance!

Why per key rgb? It's such a weird and unnecessary thing. There are so many good laptops out there that don't have it and would be a shame to miss out on those just for some rgb gimmick.
