Ok so 3 years ago I decided to build my first Pc I had kind of a tight budget but since then I have gotten another 8 GB of Ram and another SSD but now I am thinking to make an upgrade and I am thinking of going for the 3600x Amd Ryzen and then upgrade my Video Card next year. Any upgrade suggestions before the video card which is the most pricey i think ? I fell as the Pc is slowing down a bit.

Thank you!

"Games" isn't very descriptive. It's about as descript as if we asked what your favorite meal was and you said "Food." Drop the actual games that you play. Different games have different requirements and preferences, and they'll have their own set of demands.

"Not breaking it or making it worse is key."

"Bad choices make good stories."

Ryzen 3 3300X and some fast ram is what I'd do for a gaming PC. Save a little extra scratch to put towards a big GPU upgrade.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

ryzen 3 3300x/ ryzen 5 3500 will go just fine. even ryzen 5 3600 at stock settings without any oc.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

So faster then the 3000Mhz  I have now on?

Oh I did misread the current spec of your memory, since you're already running 3000MHz you should keep it.

You will 99.9% need to update the bios, but after it will work, I’m not sure the exact revision you need, I’ll edit in in later

Thank you very much kind sir. And what would also help me with some improvement on the FPS on 4k gaming as I feel my Pc is  struggling that is the reason of the upgrade.
