Hello, Ive been facing this issue of high pings when playing games on my laptop which is connected connected to the wifi.

The ping stays pretty good when no one is using the wifi but as soon as someone starts using it.... for example for watching youtube.....My ping in the game gets very high and the game is no longer even playable in terms of ping.

Can someone tell me how can I fix this?

I have 2 routers the main one (Netgear JWNR2000v2) is connected to the modem with an ethernet cable and the second one (D-Link_DIR-600M) is connected to the main one wirelessly with wireless repeating turned on.

I do have Qos on the main router and I tried it but I cant seem to figure out how to make it work.

Please help, Thanks

What @Skipple said.

I'll try WinFi, it worked like a charm for me in the past
