Hi there - In every day life this isn't an issue for me, but when I am at work it is a bit annoying and I would like a bit more control over it.

Is there any way to move INDIVIDUAL buttons/tiles on the taskbar? So for instance if you have two separate Chromes' open, if you tried to move the buttons on the taskbar by clicking one and dragging it - Both buttons/tiles would move systematically. I sometimes have more than two of the same programs running on the taskbar but I like to keep a certain order to work related tasks, but because there is no real control over it it's just frustrating.

I imagine Windows 10 and 7 are almost identical, but work systems do use Windows 7.

That is correct yes. I have disabled the "Group similar buttons" already, so instead of them being combined in one tile they're side-by-side now.

However I want a bit more control still over them to control the individual buttons of each program

Forgive my mad mouse skilllz on straight line or arrow creation

So basically I want to move the Chrome buttons individually. So the middle "Forum" one I might want to shift to the end "Youtube" one.
