My computer won't recognize/find headphones plugged in.

So i've had thia problem for months already.

Firstly when i plugged in my new headphones everything worked fine but only for a month, 

Then one day i start my computer and my headphones just don't work, i unplugged and then plugged them in and it didn't recognize nothing pop up, like i didn't plug anything into computer.

Does anyone know how to slove this problem or had same thing happen? 

(It's not headphones that are broken because i tried many different ones and it was the same)

Can be driver related problem, or maybe headphone jack port is full of dust or even broken.

did you ouput the sound to HDMI?

if yes, you should change it to realtek analog or whatever you have on the motherboard (not the gpu).

I updated drivers several times, but it may be the port broken i'll check it

How do i change it?

click on the volume icon and select realtek.

if already selected, go to realtek control panel, find the option to disable auto jack detection.

When i click on the volume icon i don't even have choice to select realtek, only my monitor that creates sound for now, and i donn't even have a realtek control panel ;-;

Change Default Audio Device in Windows 10

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to System - Sound.
3. On the right, select the required device in the drop down list Choose your output device.
4. You might need to restart some apps like audio players to make them read the changes you made.

reinstall the audio driver for the motherboard.

Step 3, is it just your monitor that shows? Do you have the drivers for your motherboard installed?

ye it's only monitor that shows there is no headphones or anything else
