Android-app for efficient driving?

Out of just sheer curiosity, is there an Android-app out there that can make use of a Bluetooth OBD II - adapter to monitor my driving and give detailed feedback on what I am doing well or what I should into improving in my driving, so as to spend less fuel? No, I'm not interested in tracking gas-costs, I'm not interested in just tracking MPG per trip or per day or whatever. I wish for detailed feedback on my specific driving-habits.

 

I know I am a rather economical driver instinctively, but I just simply got bitten by the curiosity-bug and it refuses to leave me alone.
