Help make a build!

Balokun

Budget (including currency): 1000€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming, some light entertainment

Other details: Will be used with a 1080p wide-screen monitor

Hey guys!
I´m a bit out-dated when it comes to keeping up with the latest wars between AMD and Intel, that´s why I am requesting for some suggestions. The PC is for my little brother who still lives in germany (I moved away some years ago) I would appreciate if anyone knew where to get those pieces from easily?! WEB page suggestions, where I could order from, in germany, would be appreciated, but not a must! I am mainly after the build and the part suggestions here!

Requirements:
- NO MONITOR or other peripherals needed!
- NO GRAPHICS CARD INCLUDED IN THIS BUILD (I will buy that one later, since the 30xx series is to be announced Sept. 17th)
- 2-3 drives maybe? NVMe for OS (doesnt need to contain games, but could if budget is enough), SSD for current and prefered games and maybe an HHD for the rest.
- Case, if possible, see-through on the side pannel at least.
- Cooler doesnt need to be AIO water cooler. I will probably want to go with the NH-14

Thanks in advance to whomever will take their time for me to help with this!!
MUCH APPRECIATED

Why would you use American prices, PCPP has a Germany option

I built this one using German Pricing with a 5700XT just as a place holder
