Old camera use as a webcam?

Hi i have an old samsung WB50F camera

It has an av out but never done anything like this before, do you know if i can output the image for use with one of those cheap hdmi to usb capture cards?

I dont want to pic up one of those capture cards if the camera wouldnt work as a webcam. Does any one have the cam or know if it would work?

If you have a nice phone, you can use droidCam to use your phone, i use that

There is also a way on IOS as I used to do it on Discord and skype with my Ex

You camera has Video out and HDMI, at least that's what on the specs, so you need an old TV-Tuner or a capture card with HDMI
