kh/s gone down and GPU has less load?

So I started mining Litecoins a few days ago with CUDAMiner through GUIMiner on my overclocked 650ti. With my custom fan profile it was running a bit under 170F/76C and I was making around 160-170kh/s but my kh/s went down today. Afterburner showed like 40% load on the GPU and I was getting like 35kh/s. I restarted my computer and it's better but still not as good as it was. About 70-75% load and 106kh/s right now. It's running 147F/64C right now. Any ideas why and how to fix it?

What PSU are you using?

CoolMax CP500T. Don't yell at me for not getting a Corsair or something. It was free.

I restarted my computer and the router again and it's up to normal now..

I am no expert but it could probably be that. Do you have another psu to test?

Not really. I doubt it was the PSU anyway.

Well from my experience with a 650 ti and a 450 watt PSU from thermaltake, the first week the PSU supplied good current but after a week, my computer would shut off or just throw a black screen everytime I would load the GPU. I ended up switching the PSU with a 600 watt from a cheap brand called ultra and it solved the problem.

Hmm. Well, that's not what I'm getting at all. (It's fine right now.) Besides, don't Thermaltake make crappy PSUs?

Yeah, almost the same quality as coolmax thou. It came with the case I had at the time. Try to underclock your GPU see if that helps.

Underclock? NEVER. In my mind the only good reason EVER to underclock ANYTHING is on a laptop for battery life.

I got my PSU from my dad a few years ago. It's been going for over 3 years just fine.
