I am going to be building a very high end gaming rig for this build. After multiple posts to try and get all my questions answered, I have come up with what I believe to be the final list.

I want all your comments, suggestions, and opinions, all I ask is that you support your opinion.

Without further ado, HERE

BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING, READ THE FOLLOWING

1. I am getting Windows 8, I don't care if you don't like the layout

2. I am getting a 4770K not a 4670K because I will be streaming and video editing

3. The noctua fans are front intake, not push pull on the H100i, while I am talking about fans, the SP120's are for pull on the H100i, and the AF120 is for rear exhaust

4. Dual 780 Tis for nVidia surround, definitely overkill for a single monitor

Why noctua fans if you're going to get super loud SP120's anyway? The system is only as quiet as your loudest part.

Take it from me, if you're going for a surround setup you should go for Titans/Titan Blacks. You'll be very limited by the VRAM on the 780tis if you want to play on 3 displays.

Well you have done your research, only thing is if this is an editing and gaming builds, maybe a 2tb HDD instead of a 1tb would be a good idea.

Spoiler

Corsair 400C- Intel i7 6700- Gigabyte Gaming 6- GTX 1080 Founders Ed. - Intel 530 120GB + 2xWD 1TB + Adata 610 256GB- 16GB 2400MHz G.Skill- Evga G2 650 PSU- Corsair H110- ASUS PB278Q- Dell u2412m- Logitech G710+ - Logitech g700 - Sennheiser PC350 SE/598se

Is it just me or is Grammar slowly becoming extinct on LTT?

Because they are front intake and they have really good airflow and the front of the case has very little ventilation holes.

I understand that, but, the 600 dollars isnt something I can really do unless I wait until december, and, I need the system to game on ALL SUMMA LONG so I can't wait longer than May to get 880s which probs have 4 GB RAM. The 780 Tis will be just fine if I dont do super high settings

I was thinking about it, I will probably just get a WD blue as storage and the black as games. BTW, I know I can put games on the SSD, but, my steam library is over 350 GB

get the 750D, I went with the 350D before the 750d released and really would have liked the extra room. 350D is not a small case btw. Also, h220 would be a good idea as you may want to expand it later with the 2 780ti's.

I can't really afford to do full water cooling loop, might get the glacer 240L or H220 anyway though for the better cooling. Also, the cards should be fine with the EVGA ACX cooler, they wont be reference. As to the cases, I went to Micro Center and saw them in real life, I am looking at SLI builds in the 350D to decide between the 750D and the 350D, the problem is space, I dont have too much of it. Do you think there would be enough airflow in the case though? or is it absolutely necessary I go with the 750D for SLI?

SP120 PE's would be better in terms of performance.

It depended on the gpu cooler I had on it. I tried crossfire with 2 7870 (msi) cooler and the top card surpassed 100C and it throttled. With the asus dcuii 7870 in crossfire, the top card went just around 85C and that was still kinda too hot and loud for me. Currently going with 2 watercooled asus 7870's as it seemed to be the only option I was okay with.

Also I assume stock coolers may work a little better in the 350d as they don't recycle air but rather, blow it out.

First off, nvidia cards run cooler, second, the EVGA ACX is one of the best performing non-reference coolers in my opinion with its performance and its simple look. third, what do you mean by recycling air?

So in the front, where there will be no radiator, the SP120s beat out the noctua nf-f12 for airflow through tiny holes on the sides of the fans?

SP120 PE's should beat NF-F12's in performance in just about any case. They are however, quite louder.

Ok sheesh, I'm just trying to be helpful. And for cooler types, it's either open air or blower style coolers. Blower is what reference use and will exhaust all the air out the back of the case whereas open air will exhaust air within the case as well.

I wasn't trying to correct you and be rude, didn't mean for it to come out the way. What. I meant was, under those circumstances, would it be okay?

for the front of the case though, should it be AF120s or SP 120s? It has little ventilation in have front of the 750D/350D so I was thinking SP120s but this is only going to be my second build and my first wouldn't really be considered a build (long story) so what should I put in the front?

Also, everyone says that the AF/SP fans from corsair are really loud but are they really that bad? I have an alienware and it's got decent hardware and it's got a single fan with one vent spot, so it gets loud as hell, but I am used to it, and I wear headphones, but are they really that loud?

They are.

NF-F12's are much quieter but if you want a quiet system, you should go with all quiet fans.

what about the sp120 quiet edition? Will they beat out nf-f12s?

Also, AF or SP for the front???

The SP120 Quiet Editions are just not worth getting at all and are quite worse.

SP120's would be better for the static pressure.
