Ryzen doesn't really have a big headroom for manual overclocking.

Enabling pbo will do the job.

what is BPO and how do I activate it?

I want to get the maximum out of my CPU

It's the AMD automatic overclock boosting algorithm. It's toggled in the BIOS. Enable it and it will boost to 99% of what the CPU is capable of. For the remaining 1% you usually have to spend insane amounts of time fine tuning secondary and tertiary timings

The boost clock on that chip is 4.2Ghz. The boost clock is the fastest core with a single-core workload. When you're talking about an all-core OC, you're never going to hit the boost clock (let alone exceed it) without exotic cooling (LN2) and crazy voltages. In other words, you could expect a solid 4.0, maybe 4.1Ghz all-core OC, but you're not getting 4.4Ghz out of that chip.
