For weeks now my computer has reliably frozen for 1-3 seconds every 10 or so minutes and I have no idea why.  No resources are being pegged, it tends to start happening if it's running for more than a few hours.  Restarting usually resolves it temporarily but with continued use it just starts happening again.  Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Can you provide detailed specs on your computer? Could be a task that is running periodically, could also be a sign of a failing drive or an issue with memory. When was the last time you had windows from scratch?

MSI B350M Gaming PRO

Ryzen 7 2700X

EVGA 1050Ti SC GAMING

32GB 3000MHz TidentZ RGB

275GB Crucial SSD

4TB Seagate BarraCuda

I actually don't remember when I last did a fresh install of Windows

Run SeaTools to check the drive for errors first. I am guessing you haven't applied any manual overclock to that system, right? Is the OS on the SSD or the HDD? Check windows task scheduler for tasks that will trigger every x hours.

I'll try that.  The OS is on the SSD, and there are no overclocks on this system.

I suggest you my topic. Your issue is pretty close to what I had. I fixed it.
All details here ( w/ videos and all troubleshooting steps and approach. )

I do not garantee that it will work, but it is certanly worth trying it.

Unfortunately this is not an option, literally.  Though my problem is a little different from what yours was.  I can't for the life of me figure out the cause.

No errors on the drives according to SeaTools

What do you mean "this is not an option" ? ( Real question here )

Relative to "my" fix, that doesn't mean anything : It's a driver issue, not a drive issue.

The option to roll back drivers is greyed out.

I didn't said to roll back in my topic.
I detailled all of it. Please read all of it properly.

Alright, I'm not sure if you were trying to be condescending but that's how this came across.

You did post a video and a series of screenshots that instructed the viewer to roll back drivers.

Your instructions say if the drivers are AMD to uninstall them.  I'm not sure how this would happen, but I can assure you my SATA controller is provided by Microsoft.
