Remove timestamps in backed up files?

Hi, so last night I backed up my files using File History and all of them have a timestamp in their names like "(2020_07_31 21_50_54 UTC)". I was wondering if there is a way to turn this off or do I have to rename every single file if I need to restore any?

I don't know answer to first, but you can use Bulk Rename Utility to clean current file names.
