Malwarebytes Kernel Driver Forcing PC to wake

Title says it all... Was having a very irritating and persistent issue where my PC would randomly wake up after i put it to sleep (around 5-10 mins after, sometimes longer)

Since this issue persisted even after I reset and defaulted power settings I decided to do some digging through event viewer and found this (1st image), from what i can see it looks like malwarebytes, which i have installed on my pc, keeps waking the system for 'serivceinstallation'. (drivers)

Knowing that all my dirvers are up to date, i looked up what this 'MBAMSwissArmy' program was, and I discovered that it seems pretty harmless, just some software that allows Malwarebytes to communicate with hardware, but my question stands - why would it need to reinstall WHILE THE PC IS ASLEEP for gods sake when I've already fully installed the antivirus?
