pc randomly shuts off and restarts while streaming

so theres a streamer i watch on twitch and his pc will randomly just shut off during stream then turn itself on again, he said it only happens while he is streaming and he recently upgraded his psu to try and fix it. does anyone know what this could be? his temps are fine and same for cpu usage

I7 7700K

GTX 1660 TI

ASUS Z170-AR

16GB TridentZ 3200 Ram

Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite ML240L

Dont know specific psu but its corsair and about $100

NZXT H500

 

it never blue screens, just shuts off which makes me think its the motherboard

Anyways. Clear the cmos and disable xmp/docp.
