I use a Razer Blade 17 at a desk setup and have been having my memory usage stay very high. I did some research and then saw that my non-paged pool was around 10GB. I restarted and it went down to 200-300MB but later that day it had risen to around 2GB. The memory being shown in task manager doesn't add up anywhere close to what it says is being used under the performance tab. Any help would be appreciated.
Specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz

16GB of 2667MHz DDR4 SODIMM Ram

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design

I have updated all my drivers, and tried running nothing/as little as possible and after leaving it overnight usage is still around 70 percent idle.

A memory leak in non-paged pool is almost always a memory leak in a driver. You can follow the instructions here to see what's causing it, but chances are you probably need whatever driver is causing the issue to make something else work.

If you still need the software/hardware using that driver your only option is frequent restarts and complaining to whoever made the driver to fix it.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
