New PC no display input

My build is an Asus z390-e motherboard, Intel 9 9900k cpu, 2 16 ram Corsair vengeance sticks, Nvidia GeForce 2080ti GPU, Asus rujin 360 aio and some other fans inside a MSI gungnir chassis and a Corsair 850w gold power supply. All the fans and LEDs light up except for the GPU and ram sticks, I'm getting no display, but I also hear a small short beep or buzz when ever I start up my PC. None of the trouble shooting lights are on. I tried plugging both the display cable and the HDMI cable in both the motherboard and GPU. Please help.
