Is it possible to install games on laptop and transfer it to my desktop via external hard disk?

Yes depending on the client. Steam should work just fine, I believe origin and uplay have done sort of "locate files" button.

Why not just answer the question? I'm guessing the fact it's a laptop means he has access to a faster connection somewhere and wants to download then transfer.

I'd advise avoiding the topic of cracked games as its against Community Standards and could get the topic locked.

 

Though, from what I understand about cracks/repacks it is pretty simple to move from PC to PC, but I'm not gonna go in-depth here.
