Find an adapter to USB, I swear everything has an adapter to USB. Whether you'll find drivers for it once you get to that point is an entirely different can of worms, and if you do they're probably going to be handwritten by some guy on a forum that hasn't seen activity since the last ice age but is somehow still on the internet. Such is the way of old hardware.

I also can't imagine racing wheels from that era would work well with modern games. Probably doesn't even have analog pedals.
