WD2500AAJS Problem

Hey, I've got a WD2500AAJS and it gets detected by the BIOS (I think) but I am unable to install Windows 10.

Is my HDD RIP or can it be saved?

Can you try the disk in anouther computer, or use a linux live disk to test it?

 

But you really don't want windows on that drive, it will be extremly slow.

Imma ask the shitty question; did you click “refresh” in the win10 install screen? Sometimes it doesn’t detect some drives right away.

Okay I'll try a LINUX Ubuntu distro but I'm not sure how different operating system will fix my problem

I've tried refreshing ten times in a row and nothing.

I’m out of solutions then, but I’m not so handy with software soooo imma leave lol.

I've just tried installing Ubuntu but it seems to only detect the USB stick as the only available storage.
