Need help with the timezone

I recently factory reset one ancient laptop which had Vista in it. I went through the installation progress and all but had problems with my timezone. I live in Greece but can't seem to find my timezone on the pc. That leads to IE or Chrome saying "Your connection is not private" or "Your clock is ahead" on certain websites. Does anyone who possibly know the indexes or something like that help me out. I really need to fix that browser problem. Thanks

Is that even a thing in Windows Vista?  I can't find it at all

yes go to control panel time and region  date and time
