Generally ryzen doesn't have a big headroom for overclocking anyways. Pbo will end up achieving the same thing as a manual overclock anyways. So just enable it and it should be fine.

Basically just go in your bios and enable PBO.  Cooler doesn’t really matter too much (I use PBO with the stock cooler) but obviously better cooler us better

 

on MSI boards it’s called game boost usually so it may have a different name depending on the board. Usually when you exit the BIOS it’ll say PBO Auto -> Enabled so that’s how I knew if I hit the right thing since it has a different name
