When I last played GTA V in my PC (intel hd 630) about 2 years ago, it worked absolutely fine and could easily yield 40-45 fps. After that i mistakenly deleted it and installed new windows 10 many times but now when I play GTA V, it lags badly and I get 20-25 fps and also face stuttering and this is not only in GTA V but all the games on my PC behaves like this. Please provide me a solution.

I have my graphics driver updated to the latest.
I have 2 GB free on C drive, 15 GB free on D drive and 20 GB free on E drive(let me know if less disk space is a problem).

My windows version is of May 2020.

My Specs:
RAM : 8 GB
CPU : i5 7400
GPU : INTEL HD 630

Motherboard: Asrock B150M Pro4 hyper

Perhaps you had a specific configuration or maybe some performance-enhancing mods? Either way, with those specs, getting 20 FPS is a godsend. You simply can't play that big of a game on integrated graphics unless you want to run it at the lowest settings and a very low resolution, at least with Intel's iGPUs. Additionally, 2GB of free space on C:/ probably isn't enough for the shader cache, especially considering the iGPU doesn't have a lot of VRAM to begin with.

Quote or mention me or I won't be notified of your reply!

Thank you very much for your reply. But previously the game worked on my PC very fine. I was getting 40-45 and sometimes even 50 fps with 720p low resolution.

And if 2 GB is not enough, please tell me how much free space should I have in my C driver for less lag?
