i have been looking for a ducky shine 3 with brown switches and blue leds and i have found a few on some site but there are either out of stock or backorderd and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find one

I know you wanted blue lights but unless you can be patient or willing to pay $50-$70 extra in ebay, there's one in NCIX with magenta LEDs:
