Pc crashing while idling

My pc started crashing randomly when idling. So. When i play a game. Any game. The pc runs fine. No crash no stutter. But after i exit the game and wait for 2-5 minutes. The pc crashes completely and i need to power it down from the power button. And i mean dead froze. I checked the psu. And it is not the problem.

had something similar recently. worked fine for hours but would randomly crash or freeze. i turned XMP off and that fixed it.
