How do I change which GPU a program uses?

Go to solution Solved by Tigerleon,

Go into nvidia control panel and then 3d settings and program settings. There you can search for the specific program and you can change the GPU which the app will use.

How do I change which GPU a program uses in Windows 10?

My computer has a weak AMD graphics card but also a more powerful RTX 2060. By default a lot of programs seems to choose the AMD card by default, however, I obviously want more GPU intensive applications such as After Effects and games to use the RTX 2060 card, while it is fine that less intensive programs such as Google Chrome uses the AMD card to save battery on my laptop.
