Ryzen R5 3600 or R7 3700X

Clark my classmate's brother is looking to build his first computer, usually he buys prebuild stuff. For his use I'm not sure if his workload is single thread or multi-threaded, 

Job : Bisnuess SAC Accounting officer. 

Uses :

Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel, Microsoft worksheet, Microsoft word, 

Games : 

Royal Crown, Rocket League, Trinity Kingdom (mmorpg), C&C Remastered, Raid

3600 should be totally fine, perhaps even more than tottally fine. Just make sure to get a decent-ish gpu, such as a radeon 570, or 5500xt, or 1650super, should futureproof the rig for further useage down the road for gaming. If he/you dont know, building it yourself is a great way to save hundreds, even on lower-end systems, and on the low-end, many system builders cheap out in any way possibly to get the spec sheet to look decent, and the price to something "reasonable," but trust me, It's pretty likely to crap out on you over a long period of time, but other than that prebuilding is fine I guess.. :/ 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

He's buying the parts and I'll be explaining the build to him he wants to be hands on himself.
