Buy or wait?

I have the chance to buy 5700xt 17% less the normal price, should I wait for Nvidia 30XX series or for AMD 6XXX series?

I'd probably look at upgrading the CPU instead of the GPU. Your 7600K's probably going to hold back anything faster than a 580 in modern AAA titles.
Kaby Lake still has alright resell value, so I'd look to sell the 7600K and get a Ryzen 3600 and a good B450/B550 board.
