I've had an old Samsung SyncMaster 940BW that I've been using as a second display for a bit over a year.

Over the last week it started taking long periods of time of at least 10 minutes to switch on, sometimes switching it on and off at the wall has helped.

The Power LED has been flashing while it hasn't turned on, which is typical when it has lost signal.

But today it hasn't switched on at, its had the same flashing power led, but I cant get the display to show anything. since it has stopped working I have tried reconnecting the power and dvi connections as well as switching it off and on both at the wall and by holding down the power button.

It has a VGA connector but I so far haven't had the time to test it.

Thanks in advance
