Laptop freezes

My laptop freezes whenever I open udemy.com in any browser. Whenever I open a course and press play to play the video, the laptop just freezes, nothing works and I have to keep holding down the power button to force shut down. This problem doesn't happen with any other website or any other application. I have tried other browsers too, same problem. Any way I can fix this?
