Hi everyone!, can you guys help me, i have a new gpu rx 570, when i installed 8 pin power connected, gpu place is correct, display port connected with hdmi, my psu 600wat, when i turned on the pc the gpu fan Start few second and then stop start again stoped again, with no display on monitor, cpu working perfectly, btw my motherboard have 4pin cpu power does it effects to gpu power ? answer please

it's right pcie slot and i don't have another pcie, 2. what is RMA ??

when i unplug the gpu and switching to the integrated gpu my pc is running well like usual

A return merchandise authorization, return it to get a new one.

What's the rest of your computer specs.  CPU, motherboard, PSU....info will help.

It sounds to me like your motherboard doesn't like the gpu. Had this issue with a Lenovo prebuilt and my rx480. I wound up replacing my motherboard to solve the issue. 

 

I would check to see if a friend's computer could run the card before blaming it t all on the gpu.
