Minecraft stuck on Integrated Graphics

Hi, 

My friends laptop has a APU with a Radeon Vega 10 and a radeon 570x discrete gpu. I have set in the graphics settings for minecraft to use the discrete gpu for javaw and the launcher. however it still says Vega 10 in F3 menu. 

And the fps is abysmal, what do i do?

You can go into Windows settings, and under display, at the bottom there is a "Graphics settings" thing you can click. Press browse, add Minecraft, press options and pick high performance which should be the dedicated GPU.

I have done that on the launcher and java itself. and it still doesnt work, that is what i meant i did
