Do multiple runs to get the best results and make sure your Overclocks are stable, if you've Overclocked. Also having Windows or your OS of choice on the latest Version can help.

I wouldn’t worry about it.  Furmark isn’t very useful for actual benchmarking.  It’s very old.  People mostly just use it as a gpu power virus to do heat stress tests because it bangs the hardware really hard.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
