confusion with mobo

so I am trying to get my seft best budget mobo that i can find in my country, i see that every1 is recommending asrock b450 pro4 but atm there out of stock in my country, but atm there is MSI B450-A PRO MAX. In vrm test list it says that this mobo performs better then the pro4 so i am confused. I want to get the board so in few years I can upgrade to R7 that will drop in price. We dont have tomahawk

The ATX version of that board is excellent, on par with Tomahawk. The mATX not so much.
