If you want to be safe you can watch a video on how to use it.

I have never encountered this, but after a bit of gaming i was on chrome, about to start up my vpn and noticed when i clicked on the vpn my screen started gltiching, i worry its my GPU starting to die

I always track my temperatures and never noticed overheating in either CPU or GPU, my laptop specs are in my signature

I also included a video of effects, after i closed the app i did notice it occuring again in cutting the video in Premiere and when opening the 'Alienware command centre' to adjust my rgb

In both cases just ALT+TAB out of the program causes it to stop

do you think i should be worried about my GPU dying?

PS  i will try updating the drivers in the meanwhile

I restarted the pc and when repeating those previous steps the glitch doesn't occur anymore, i will try to install newer drivers just incase though.

This was after Playing Detroit become Human for a while during which i got a error that said

I never got errors like this until i downloaded and played this game, so it has to be related somehow
