Android 9 (LG G8s) contacts with double numbers

I'm looking for a way to clean up my contacts on my phone (LG G8s)

Been transferring contacts since 2001 :D to newer phones and somewhere i started to get multiple numbers per contact.

Its always the same number but 1 is just the 06xxxxxxxx and the other is +316xxxxxxxx

 

Now i want to delete all the numbers without the land code, been searching for an app todo that since i have alot of contacts.

But whenever i search for one its just for double entries and not double numbers under 1 contact.

 

Is there anything for it, or am i doomed to do them all by hand?
