Upgraded build. Gigabyte 550 mobo, ryzen 5 5600, 16gig 3200mhz ram.

Long story short...every time it says it has to restart installer it brings me back to install beginning. Cabt make it to desk top, all repair and restore options are useless.

Ran the pc with OS on a 2TB HDD and had a backup 1tb laptop drive. Decided to do a clean install as it was running slower than I expected even with xmp enabled.

Downloaded the windows ISO and followed instructions just but couldn't install windows to laptop drive due to some weird type of format issue. Found that out after I formatted the drive in the install menu. Then tried to install on the HDD, turns out its damaged (looked up the error code) and cant install.

Pulled a good 2TB HDD from another pc and tried to install to that and got stuck where every time it says it has to restart it brings me back to install beginning.

Got laptop drive to format and same issue, pc restarts to beginning of installer. Finally got laptop drive to say there's an error and to contact admin even if ISO flash drive is installed and laptop drive is formatted.

Help please?
