I've bought a new GTX 1050 TI for my pc but it ins't working properly.

At the begin it works normal but after a while weird artifacts appears on games but also on windows.
New drivers like the 451.67 doesn't work, the 384.76 does work but I get all those problems after some time using the PC.

The driver 451.67 after been installed make the device gives the Code 43 error over the Device Manager and the GPU assumes the generic drivers.

MB: Asus p8z77-M Pro

CPU: I7 - 3770

RAM: 16 GB

Try with another browser like Microsoft edge or something. Could be some app that you installed. If that doesn’t work, if you can take out your gpu and see if this still happened with on board graphics if your cpu has it

That happens over FireFox, MSSQL, MSTSC, Chrome, Edge but not on Visual Studio Code, Winamp 5.666 (very old) or desktop.

My MB does have onboard graphics and that does not happen when using it.

My pc is 8 years old and the old GPU a Sapphire 7970 has died, I bought that 1050 to replace the old one following a video on linus channel where they used a similar MB and CPU with a 1060 replacing a Sapphire 7970.

I've formated the PC 3 times already, I don't think a DDU will do anything.

The weird thing is that the artifacts follow the window where they appeared.

Hmm weird. I honestly don’t know what could be causing that. Try putting your gpu in another pc and if u can’t do that or it doesn’t work then try to contact ur gpu company
